Controlled Digital Lending (CDL) is a lending method that allows libraries to share their physical collection with patrons in a digital format. Due to copyright restrictions, there are limits on how this service can work. A library may only loan the same number of digital copies as physical copies owned. This means if a library owns one copy of an item, only one patron may have access to view the item at one time. To request access to an electronic course reserve item, complete the form linked at the top of the appropriate course reserves page. You will be notified by library staff when the item is available.
