What is the Praxis Test?

The Praxis Test is a certification test for American teachers that measures the knowledge and skills prospective teachers need to prepare for the classroom.

What to expect on the Praxis

The Praxis Core tests include single and multiple-selection selected response questions, as well as numeric entry questions. The Praxis test also includes two essay sections. The Praxis varies in length, from one hour to four hours.
